Australia Post is growing its Collect & Return locations with its new partnership with fulfilment technology provider, Doddle. Collect & Return enables consumers to collect and return online orders at over 4,300 post offices, 15,500 street post boxes and 24/7 parcel lockers at more than 350 locations, in addition to supermarkets, pharmacies and department stores.

During online checkout, customers can select a convenient location to collect their order and will be notified when their parcel has been delivered.

Australia Post general manager – parcel and express services, Ben Franzi said, “We are determined to provide services that make online shopping more seamless and easier to access.
