Designed for Supersonic hairdryer.

Dyson has launched new styling attachments for its Supersonic hair dryer, which was introduced in 2016.

The gentle air dryer attachment can be used for fast yet gentle styling, ideal for fine hair and sensitive scalps, and will also help prevent colour fade. Like the Dyson Airwrap styler, this attachment uses the Coanda effect to deliver a gentle, cooler airflow.

The wide tooth comb attachment has been engineered for curly and coily hair to shape, lengthen and create volume. Its large and soft radius facilitates a balance of evenness of flow distribution. The comb’s teeth are held together by a flexible torsion bar for effective detangling.

Dyson’s diffuser attachment has been re-engineered to help define curls and reduce frizz. The second-generation features a two-tiered mesh system that acts as a porous barrier dissipating airflow for an even distribution of low velocity airflow.

Dyson’s styling concentrator attachment has also been re-engineered for fast, precise airflow for controlled styling. It can be used to create a smooth, straight finish or a bouncy blow dry. To enable a more precise airflow, it is now wider and thinner.

The Dyson Supersonic hair dryer has an RRP of $549 and is available on dyson.com.au and select retailers. The wide-tooth comb is the only new attachment available for purchase separately for $49 from dyson.com.au.
