Australia Post People’s Choice Award – Large Retailer was awarded to Kogan.com at the 2019 Australia Post Online Retail Industry Awards (ORIAs) held on Thursday evening at the ICC Sydney.
It was the third year Kogan was crowned Australia’s favourite large online retailer. With 1,000 guests in attendance, it was the biggest awards evening in the event’s 10-year history.
Kogan director of logisitcis and customer care, Daniel Behahan credited the win with a customer-led approach.
“We are humbled by the fact that for the third year in a row now, Australia has voted for Kogan.com as its favourite online shopping destination. Our customers drive every decision in our business and we are constantly working to deliver better value and customer experience – it’s what makes us jump out of bed in the morning, and drives our team to continually innovate.”
This year’s ORIAs was hosted by stage performer and television presenter, David Campbell with performances by ballroom dancers, Dance Dance Dance.
Australia Post executive general manager – business and government, Gary Starr said Australia Post is proud to once again acknowledge and support Australia’s eCommerce market leaders.
