Jura Australia has introduced a new app called J.O.E. (Jura Operating Experience). The app offers a convenient way to use all the advantages offered by a Jura automatic coffee machine, from a mobile device.
Jura Australia managing director, George Liakatos, said: “Whoever thought you would be able to order a coffee from the couch or bed via a smartphone, and tailor it to your specific preferences. The technology is state-of-the-art.”
All that is required is the Smart Connect that is included in most of the new range, which communicates via Bluetooth between the machine and the smartphone. Features include the ability to program an unlimited amount of favourite specialty coffees, re-name and assign an image of choice to each specialty coffee, order and save coffee preferences for guests, access to product support and maintenance YouTube videos and pictures and text for guidance through maintenance programs.
The app is compatible with a range of smartphone and tablets such as Android, iOS and Bluetooth.
