Appliances Online and Kogan.com are among the finalists in this year’ Australia Post Online Retail Industry Awards (ORIAS).
Appliances Online is a finalist in three categories, Best Pureplay Retailer, Technology Champion and Customer Service Excellence while Kogan.com is a finalist in the Australia Post People’s Choice Award – Large Retailers.
There were a record number of submissions this year with a 27 per cent increase in entries per category compared to 2018. According to Australia Post’s Inside Australia 2019 Online Shopping Report, online purchases grew by more than 20 per cent nationally in 2018. Winners will be announced on July 25.
