As appliance partner.

Smeg has partnered with Channel 7’s high profile hit renovation series, House Rules as the official supplier of major and small appliances.

This year’s theme – where renovation meets innovation – is a perfect match for Smeg, with its history of technological innovation and architectural design.

The program’s format fits with Smeg’s unique standing as the only brand to offer a wide range of distinctly different design aesthetics from the timeless elegance of the Classic collection, through to the modern vintage style of Victoria and the iconic FAB fridge and small appliance collection.

Each week the six teams vying for the 2019 crown renovate one house, guided by house rules laid down by the homeowner. The rules, in combination with the teams’ creativity, determination and strategy, determine the outcome and judges’ scores.

The judging panel includes award-winning designer and author Jamie Durie, international design guru Laurence Llewelyn-Bowen, and one of Australia’s foremost style and design experts, Wendy Moore.

Smeg national marketing manager, Olivia Anderson said, “Partnering with House Rules allows Smeg to showcase major and small appliances to a large, highly engaged audience. We are also validating Smeg’s inherent design flexibility and technological prowess, meeting the ‘where renovation meets innovation’ House Rules brief.”
