Motorola has launched a new generation of moto g smartphones, the moto g7 plus and the moto g7.

Motorola general manager sales, Danny Adamopoulos said: “We are excited to continue the moto g family legacy with the widely anticipated launch of the moto g7 range of devices in Australia. From taking stunning photos with the 16MP + 5MP dual camera system and optical image stabilisation (OIS) on the moto g7 plus, to the impressive all-day lasting battery on the moto g7, the new devices provide high end features and performance at great value.”

The devices offer ultra-wide 6.2-inch Max Vision Full HD+ displays and are also equipped with Moto Experiences, Motorola’s innovative software that responds to natural gestures and haptic technology. Coupled with Android 9, swipes, taps, and holds have been redesigned to make for an intuitive and seamless experience. Key innovations such as Chop Chop to launch flashlight and the twist motion to quick launch the camera continue in both devices.

The entry level moto g7, retails at $399 and the moto g7 plus, with enhanced front and rear camera capabilities, retails at $499. Both devices are powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon octa-core processor.

The new smartphones will be available through Officeworks, The Good Guys and Mobileciti.
