New customer care site.
Dyson has expanded its customer service team with a second customer care centre in Western Sydney.
The new location provides customer services across multiple channels including phone, email and social media. This expansion of the company’s Taren Point customer care team to the new Parramatta site is intended to deliver more job opportunities for the local community in the future.
Dyson Australia managing director, Glenn Andrew (pictured) said: “At Dyson, we solve the problems that others often ignore and in Australia we continue to give customers greater access to advanced technologies that revolutionise categories. We’re excited to on-board our new team in the heart of Parramatta to help meet our owners’ needs and provide the best possible experience for our customers.”
The new Dyson customer care centre is open seven days a week from 8:00am to 7:00pm Monday to Friday and 8:30am to 4pm on weekends.
Australia was Dyson’s first export market and is now one of its largest.
Dyson currently has five areas of technology, Dyson hair styling tools, corded and cord-free vacuum cleaners, environmental control machines, Dyson Airblade hand dryers and Dyson lighting. The company is developing four new portfolios of technology and aim to launch 100 new products globally in the next four years.
