In Retail Executive of the Year.

Winning Group CEO, John Winning has been announced as a finalist for the 2018 Retail Executive of the Year Award by CEO Magazine – an award he has won twice before, in addition to Young Executive of the Year.

The winners will be announced on Wednesday 21 November at the ICC Sydney with new hosts and media journalists, Kylie Gillies and Larry Emdur.

Commenting on the announcement, Winning said he was honoured to be nominated amongst some of Australia’s most successful retail executives and business professionals, particularly at a time when the market is experiencing some tough conditions.

“Responsive retailers and those with a point of difference in service or experience are continuing to perform well,” he said. “At the Winning Group we are experiencing our most successful year on record, with both Appliances Online and Winning Appliances achieving strong double digit growth, which is largely due to the efforts of our 700 plus team members around the nation who provide exceptional customer experiences, one customer, one experience at a time.”

CEO Magazine co-founder and CEO, Chris Dutton said since its inception in 2012, the event continues to grow, improve and showcase leaders in Australian business.
