HDM Global has launched the newest member of the Originals family, the iconic, slide to talk 8110 4G.

With its curved slider design, the 8110 features an easy to use interface, intuitive tactile mechanics, with a slide-to-answer and end calls, as well as a helicopter-style spin on its axis and extended battery life with up to 25 days standby time.

With its Wi-Fi hotspot the device can be turned into portable internet connection to share with other devices, and comes with preloaded with Google Assistant, Google Maps, Google Search and an app store for downloads that includes Twitter and games. Users can also send and receive emails, import contacts and sync their calendars with Outlook and Gmail.

The handset features the Qualcomm 205 Mobile Platform and comes in traditional black and banana yellow, and includes a revamped Snake game.

It will be available from September 20 at Harvey Norman, JB Hi-Fi, Big W and Officeworks with an RRP from $129.
