The Barista is the latest addition to the Nespresso milk frothing devices, enabling coffee aficionados to create dozens of recipes from iced coffee to smooth latte art at the touch of a button.
Equipped with over 20 recipes for hot, cold and chocolate-based coffees on the integrated touch screen, the machine also takes advantage of the Nespresso app for users to connect via Bluetooth to personalise the machine and discover a wide variety of milk textures.
Nespresso coffee ambassador, Mitch Monaghan commented, “It has been more than 10 years since we first launched the original Aeroccino milk frother and with coffee drinkers becoming more experimental than ever before, it seemed like an ideal time to give our frothing devices a modern upgrade. Ideal for milk and coffee-loving Australians the Barista machine takes milk frothing to the next level allowing even a coffee novice to create their own barista-quality creations at home.”
After extracting coffee using any Nespresso machine, users can fill the Barista jug with milk or water and select a recipe. The coffee combined with milk or water is then automatically heated to the ideal temperature while the Barista simultaneously froths it to the desired texture.
Available in matte-black, the Barista machine can be purchased at Nespresso boutiques and online for $249.
