Amazon Australia enters new product categories

As offering expands.

Amazon is now offering 60 million products over 24 categories with the introduction of travel, automotive and pet supplies from a range of leading brands.

The Travel Store brings over 40 local and international luggage and travel brands with more than 500,000 products to the Amazon Australia store.

Premium luggage brands include Qantas, Antler, Delsey, Victorinox, Wenger, and Samsonite and outdoor and clothing retailers include The North Face, Kathmandu and Eagle Creek. There are also travel essentials from Case Logic, Go Travel, Amazon Basics and Kipling and accessories from Disney, Trunki and RipCurl, among others.

For added convenience, shoppers can view travel products by the type of trip they are taking, be it a beach or adventure holiday, hiking or skiing, or city breaks. Among the leading local and international brands, Amazon is also releasing its Amazon Basics range, which will feature a series of travel accessories, backpacks and luggage.

More than 800,000 automotive products are now available for cars, motorcycles and RVs with products such as parts and accessories, car care and maintenance, oils and fluids, tools and equipment, lighting and more.

Top automotive brands available include Castrol, Mobil1, Liqui Moly, Thule Rhino Rack, Armor All, Mothers, Ctek, OSRAM, Bushranger and Dometic Waeco.

Amazon Pet Supplies brings together hundreds of thousands of products from some of Australia’s best known and most loved pet brands alongside some of the smaller independent pet care names.

A wide range of products for pets include accessories, beds, carriers and travel products, grooming products, toys, care items and food. Brands available from launch include Hill’s Science Diet, Whiskas, Frontline, My Dog and Purina.
