New model launched.

Ecovacs Robotics has released its latest addition to the Deebot robotic vacuum range – the Deebot 900 with intelligent mapping and smart home capabilities including voice command and in-app controls.

Compatibility with Google Home and Amazon Alexa means the Deebot 900 can be controlled using voice commands. The Ecovacs app also allows users to control the cleaning process remotely, as well as schedule and monitor cleans using a Wi-Fi connection.

Smart Navi plans and calculates the most efficient cleaning path for the user’s home with an interchangeable inlet system suitable for hair, carpets or bare floors.

Other key features include Adaptive Floor Sensing, Smart Cleaning Path with multiple sensors, a new Max cleaning mode with 70% more power and an Area cleaning mode to prioritise different rooms in the home.

The 3000 mAh battery has a 100-minute working time once fully charged and once the battery power gets low, the robot automatically returns to its charging dock. Its cleaning volume is just 66 dB(A) during standard mode.

The Deebot 900 is available at Harvey Norman and Bing Lee for an RRP of $799.
