Boost Mobile has been awarded its first Canstar Blue Customer Satisfaction gong for 2018, topping the ratings for prepaid phone plans ahead of Kogan Mobile, TPG, Vodafone and Optus, among others.
Boost Mobile scored five stars in overall satisfaction, customer service, network coverage, ease of recharge, billing and ‘sign up and activation’. The award comes off the back of the company’s recent refresh of prepaid plans with increased data inclusions.
“This is a meaningful award given that it is a direct result of feedback from our customers. Being the only provider to achieve top results in overall satisfaction means a huge deal to the Boost Mobile team, our hard work is paying off as we continue to satisfy the data hungry and drive value for our customers,” general manager, Jason Haynes (pictured) said.
