Adds new citrus juicer.
Smeg has now introduced an automatic citrus juicer to its small appliance collection, designed to juice all citrus fruits including oranges, lemons, limes and grapefruit.
It features a 70 watt motor that automatically activates as soon as the half-piece of fruit is pressed to its reamer and a stainless steel strainer to separate the pulp from the juice. Other key features include a drip-free stainless steel spout to deliver the juice directly to the jug or glass, an impact-resistant, BPA free and dishwasher safe Tritan juicing bowl and an anti-slip base.
The juicer’s Tritan domed lid protects the unit while stored and doubles as a bowl for citrus rinds. It is available in six colours – red, black, panna, pastel green, pastel blue and pink – stands 27.5cm high and has a 17.5cm diameter.
The Smeg CJF01 citrus juicer retails for $219 and is available nationally from selected electrical retailers, specialist appliance stores and department stores.
