The Jura X8 professional automatic coffee machine has been recognised with a Good Design Award in the Commercial and Industrial category of Product Design. The award was presented at the Good Design Awards ceremony at the Sydney Opera House last week.
Jura Australia managing director, George Liakatos said, “It is an honour for our machine to receive such a prestigious award, especially on the 60th Anniversary of the Good Design Awards which attracted a record number of entries. A lot of time as been spent perfecting the design of the X8 coffee machine, we are very proud.”
Commenting on the design of the Jura X8, the Jury stated the X8 was, “Good, solid and practical design approach resulting in a product worthy of recognition. Jura sets the benchmark for good design and consistently delivers well resolved and beautifully finished products”.
