As it continues to expand.

Kitchen, bathroom and laundry specialist, e&s has confirmed plans to open its biggest store yet in the second half of 2018 with its first foray into the Melbourne’s north with the new site to be located in Preston. Signing the lease on a repurposed Masters site, e&s will use the 3,039 square metre space for a showroom, warehouse, undercover loading and unloading, as well as direct car park access through a dedicated shop front.

e&s joint-managing director, Rob Sinclair said, “As our company continues to grow, we aim to fit into the areas of Melbourne that we see as having the most potential. Studying existing sales, we can safely say that the northern wedge between our Essendon, Abbotsford and Blackburn stores provides the best opportunity to gain new customers and satisfy the needs of our existing customers.

“We are engaging a leading interior design firm to freshen our look to a more contemporary standard and provide an industry insight to create a more customer-centric display experience. No different to our existing showrooms, Preston will showcase the superior craftsmanship, design, and technology of these products, and all under the one roof.

“When our customers step inside our showroom we want them to enjoy an immersive experience where there is no hesitation in testing each products’ function, whether that be by taking part in a kitchen demonstration or even sitting in a bathtub.”

Brands within the e&s portfolio includes Sub Zero, Wolf, Gaggenau, Asko, Miele, AEG, Siemens, Neff, Bosch, Liebherr, Falcon, Fisher & Paykel, V-ZUG, Smeg, Ilve, Villeroy & Boch, Gessi, Astra Walker, Brodware, Duravit, Hansgrohe, Franke, Blanco and ZIP, among others.
