CouriersPlease (CP) has partnered with Westfield and Stockland to offer parcel pick up and drop off facility to online shoppers. The exclusive partnership will allow local online shoppers to collect or deposit their packages at designated points at 31 shopping centres across Australia.
Customers will be able to redirect parcel delivery to a dedicated parcel locker (POPStation) during the goods transit process in case they will not be available to sign for it at the time of delivery. Once a customer receives an email or SMS notification that their order is on its way, they can choose to redirect delivery to a POPStation. The service will be available at select CP-partnered online retailers.

“CP’s partnerships with Westfield and Stockland are helping to evolve goods delivery alongside the changes in retail, and helping consumers combine their enjoyment of online shopping with the bricks-and-mortar retail experience.
“We partnered with technology company TZ in 2015 to develop the POPStations, when we knew the Australian market needed more flexibility in parcel deliveries.
