Thanks to new technology.

The new Vitamix Ascent Series blenders have just landed in retail stores across the country, now with built-in timers and Self-Detect technology that senses the container being used and automatically adjusts blend times.

The Ascent Series is available in two models; A3500i (available in a brushed stainless finish) and the A2500i (available in black, red, slate and white).

Vitamix COO, Anthony Ciepiel said, “Our teams started from scratch when creating the Vitamix Ascent Series machines. We went to our customers and said, ‘What are your challenges? How can we make the blending experience better for you?’ We then took these findings, combined them with the lessons we have learned as a company over the past 95 years, and engineered and designed a high-performance blender like no other on the market.”

Eastern Suburbs couple Daniel and Mairav Whitten, owners of the Robin Hood Hotel in Waverley, were the first customers to buy the new Vitamix Ascent Series Blender in Australia. The A2500i model offers three program settings and a programmable digital timer, while the A3500i model features a sleek new design, touchscreen controls, five program settings, variable speed control and pulse features.

The Vitamix Ascent Series includes a 10-year warranty, dishwasher safe containers and tamper and a cookbook with more than 50 recipes.

The Vitamix Ascent Series A2500i has an RRP of $1,195 and the A3500i has an RRP of $1,495 at Myer and David Jones. The white A2500i model is exclusive to Harvey Norman.
