Designed for business women.

New Australian tech handbag brand, Code Republic, has launched its debut collection of premium work-life bags, designed for the busy modern woman, into selected Harvey Norman and Domayne stores for an RRP of $349.95.

The debut collection blends the internal features of a laptop bag with the aesthetic of a luxurious, feminine and stylish handbag.

“The transition from employee to entrepreneur has proven both incredible and terrifying, but I resigned from my steady job with a leading PC manufacturer to focus solely on this business idea that had been on my mind for far too long. High-end brand names offer little functionality, while tech brands lacked style and sophistication,” Code Republic founder, Anthea Rowan said.

Made from genuine cowhide leather, the debut collection consists of four styles in three colourways: Danielle, Sonya, Nicole and Lisa. The interior includes pockets for protecting laptops, tablets, phones, cables and chargers, as well as compartments for sunglasses, pens, lipstick and insulated pocket for a water bottle or umbrella.

All handbags feature signature rose gold hardware accents and a luxurious palm leaf lining. Featuring a nine-inch handle drop with elegant tapered side profile, the handbags are designed to sit comfortably over the shoulder and under the arm.  All the handbags feature strong reinforced straps to support the weight being carried around.
