Ahead of Christmas rush.

Myer has jumped on the bandwagon to expand its delivery options with same day delivery, three hour click & collect and Shipster, where customers can receive free shipping through to 1 January 2018, when they join for the $9.95 Christmas promotion rate.

Its online delivery options are complemented by in-store initiatives. Each store has a dedicated Giftorium section including: Gifts for Her, Him, Pets, Adventurist, Family Time, Health & Wellbeing, Nostalgist, Kids Cubby, For the Entertainer, Personalisation, Secret Santa, Green Thumbs.

Myer is the only retailer in Australia to offer such an extensive Christmas program combining gifting services, in-store events, online services and a huge array of products.

This year, Myer has also reimagined Santaland with the key show piece of the new in-store experience is the Santaland Express – a life-size train that will provide a virtual journey from Myer Central Station to Santaland.

There is also Santa’s workshop with various interactive Christmas themed play stations for children, including Lego and the Claus’s Residence for photos with Santa and a letter writing station for kids to send Santa their wishlists.

Myer executive general manager for stores, Tony Sutton (pictured below) said, “It is such a special time of year for Myer and our customers. Our Myer Christmas Giftorium and Santaland is open and is such a magical place for families to come and visit.

“Giftorium is Australia’s number one destination for all things Christmas, offering a totally unique set of services to Myer customers shopping for Christmas gifts, decorations and festive food ideas.”
