Braun has claimed Canstar Blue’s Most Satisfied Customers Award – Electric Shavers 2017, ahead of Phillips, Panasonic and Remington for overall customer satisfaction. Furthermore, the new Braun Series 9 has earned the title as the world’s most efficient and comfortable shaver.
Mann & Noble commercial strategy director, Judy Darling commented, “We are very proud that Braun products are loved by consumers. This award reinforces the fact that German engineering delivers the world’s most efficient shave.”
The ratings are based on a survey of 3,000 Australian consumers who have bought or been given an electric shaver in the last three years. With Braun receiving five-star ratings across all satisfaction measures for performance, ease of use, value for money, consistency, ease of cleaning, warranty and other functions, as well as overall customer satisfaction.
