With new wire-free camera.
Uniden has bolstered its Guardian surveillance range to include a wire-free, battery powered home security camera that is app-enabled and includes voice control. The App Cam Solo is a full HD, weatherproof smart camera featuring up to 180 days standby time. It is suitable for indoor or outdoor use and is quick and easy to install.
Uniden Australia marketing communications manager, Brad Hales said, “Surveillance is still an emerging market for Uniden, although we have seen strong uptake with the Guardian wireless series thanks to its ease of installation and the ability to add on to the range to adapt to different homes and businesses over time. Uniden offers a complete solution to home security with wireless, Wi-Fi and wired security cameras, ensuring retailers can offer the complete solution to any consumer in any application.”
Offering a 130-degree viewing angle, the Guardian App Cam Solo can be fitted to any flat surface with a magnetic base. There is also an optional screw base. The camera connects directly to the local Wi-Fi network and features motion detection recording directly to an SD card. The Uniden Solo app provides users with remote access to the cameras.
The Uniden App Cam Solo camera has an RRP of $229.95; dual pack for RRP $449.95 or quad pack for RRP $849.95.
