Dyson launches largest ever demo experience

Dyson has launched its largest flagship Dyson Demo experience at Harvey Norman’s flagship concept store in Sydney’s Auburn, measuring 54m2, following a collaboration between Harvey Norman CEO Katie Page and James Dyson with further plans to roll-out globally. Dyson is also working closely with its retail partners to enhance the customer experience in retail outlets across Australia.

The Dyson Demo Experience featured in our new Harvey Norman Auburn Flagship Superstore will enable our customers to touch, try and understand Dyson’s latest intelligent machines in one interactive area.”

This is the first time in Australia that all Dyson categories will be unified in one retail space with theatrical demonstrations including a smokebox machine, styling station and floorcare test runways with three floor types and a range of debris types to put machines through their paces. The Dyson Cu-Beam Duo lighting that will halo the machines is engineered by Jake Dyson and an 80 inch TV screen will showcase the latest range of Dyson machines.

Dyson Demo experiences enable customers to interact with Dyson products and understand the technology with the support of a qualified Dyson expert who will help answer questions and provide product demonstrations.

Each Dyson Demo experience will have three dedicated staff including a Dyson Demo experience demo manager who will manage the Dyson Demo experience end-to-end including management of qualified Dyson experts and test demonstrations.
