Signs ten-year lease at Eastern Creek.

Mirvac Group has signed leading kitchenware wholesale business, Sheldon and Hammond, at its premium industrial development, Calibre at Eastern Creek, NSW.

Sheldon and Hammond have signed a ten-year lease for a 31,000sqm facility with construction due to commence during September 2017. The building comprises high clearance warehouse space and office space, with a contemporary architectural design, a dynamic outdoor courtyard and market-leading amenity.

Sheldon and Hammond is a leading importer and distributor of prestigious home and giftware brands including, Victorinox, Scanpan, Global, Zippo, Maglite, Brabantia, Avanti, Chasseur, Cusinart and Lifetime Brands.

Mirvac development director, industrial, Fabian Nager said Sheldon and Hammond were seeking to consolidate their existing facilities in a strategic location, into a new purpose built facility that reflected the quality of their offering and would support the evolution of the company.
