The Jura S8 coffee machine made its debut at IFA in Berlin earlier this month. The machine creates the full range of specialties from espresso to latte macchiato thanks to the AromaG3 grinder, which is precise and twice as fast, yet preserves the aroma of the coffee beans. The Pulse Extraction Process (P.E.P.) ensures the optimum extraction time for short specialties and the new professional fine foam frother makes latte macchiato and other beverages with fine-textured foam every time.

The integrated 4.3 inch high-resolution colour touchscreen display shows graphics and animations at every step of preparation, guiding the user through the process. Individual preferences can be programmed in a few easy steps, allowing users to rename, move, copy or duplicate products. With Smart Connect and Bluetooth technologies, users can also operate the machine conveniently using a smartphone or tablet.
Claris water filters provide the optimum water quality for the perfect coffee result every time and also protect the fluid system against limescale. To make optimum use of the filter and its capacity, the S8 is equipped with RFID technology, which automatically detects the smart filter cartridge.
