To reflect on recent innovation, present awards.

Bissell Australia and New Zealand account managers and sales agents recently gathered at the Langham Hotel in Melbourne’s Southbank for the company’s annual sales conference.

During the conference, the team reflected on the various new innovative products Bissell has introduced including the establishment of new segments such as the Bissell CrossWave and Bissell BarkBath Tool.

Bissell national sales manager, Greg Wright said, “FY16 had its challenges in the early part of the year, but we recovered in the second half delivering a rewarding result.”

Sales person of the year was awarded to Steve Corry (pictured below (left) with Bissell Oceania managing director, Chris Egan). “He is a hard worker who isn’t afraid to do the afterhours work to assist sell through. He identifies and exceeds the expectations of his customers and builds win/win relationships,” Wright said.

Sales agent of the year was awarded to Aldersons Agency. “In 2016, Sean Alderson and Robin Philips (pictured below with Chris Egan) worked hard to grow the business by continuous training and weekend demos which assisted with sell through which they ramped up due to the ever-changing retail landscape,” Wright commented.

NZ Floorcare picked up the Quiet Achiever award. “They make a big noise with our customers and consistently contribute to the Bissell sales team. Doug Cameron and Cam Hoyle (pictured below with Chris Egan) have displayed a high level of effort and behaviour,” Wright noted.
