The Good Guys has been awarded the Roy Morgan Customer Satisfaction Award for the fifth time in the past six years. The Good Guys was announced as the winner for Furniture/Electrical Store of the Year, based on customer satisfaction ratings collected from 50,000 Australian consumers.
