Veteran Narta member, E&S Trading has opened three new stores in Melbourne’s inner suburbs at Hawthorn, Prahran and Abbotsford taking its store footprint to eight. The 1,700 sqm store at Hawthorn is now one of the company’s biggest showrooms in the eastern suburbs, spanning two floors and showcasing an extensive range of kitchen, bathroom and laundry products.
Meanwhile, the Prahran and Abbotsford showrooms have been completely restyled with modern displays and a new layout. Kitchen brands include the Siemens IQ700 Built-In range, Asko, Gaggenau, Bosch Series 8 and AEG. E&S is also featuring the trending shop-in-shop concept with displays from Miele, V-Zug and ILVE.
E&S will also exclusively range the luxury bathroom brand, Gessi and the new Eleganza, iSpa and Goccia are displayed in a setting that mirrors the bathroom of a sophisticated, urban home. Guests are free to see, touch and feel the bathroom products and accessories, with a few enthusiasts preferring an intimate experience when it comes to interacting with the bath, according to the retailer.
Engaged customer experience
This engaged customer experience is echoed in the E&S kitchen environment where customers can sit down in an intimate group while the Home Economists create several dishes and takes them through the various benefits and features of the appliances. They will also get to discuss cooking techniques and take home a new recipe or two.
E&S Trading Hawthorn is also home to the Commercial team with a dedicated office and a team of consultants and administrators to run projects behind-the-scene.
