GUD brings in new non-executive director

Non-executive director of GUD Holdings, Peter Hay, has resigned from the company due to pressures of his other work commitments, effective August 1 2015. Hay was a member of the board since May 2009, according to a statement from the Australian Securities and Exchange.

GUD Holdings chairman, Ross Herron, thanked Hay for his contribution and guidance to the Board over the last six years, and his commitment as Chair of the Remuneration Committee.

The directors of GUD Holdings have appointed Anne Templeman-Jones as an independent non-executive director. She has considerable experience in institutional and commercial banking, wealth management and insurance, having previously held a number of senior executive roles within Westpac and ANZ.

Templeman-Jones is currently a non-executive director of APN News and Media Limited, where she serves as Chair of the Audit and Risk Committee and a member of the Remuneration Committee, and a non-executive director of Cuscal Limited, where she is Chair of the Risk Committee and a member of the Governance Committee and the Remuneration Committee.
