Jon Seeley has been appointed to the newly created group managing director role for the Seeley International Group of Companies.

In line with the Group’s strategic plan, Frank Seeley stated that as a result of the rapid growth experienced over the past few years and the increased diversity and breadth of its operations, the shareholders and the board saw a need to look to the future in establishing a more robust corporate structure to drive the goal of developing a $1 billion company.
Frank Seeley said the creation of the position of group managing director will drive further growth, innovation and business development across all of the Seeley entities. In the role, Jon Seeley will draw upon his broad financial management and mergers and acquisitions experience. This will complement the exceptional leadership which has been and will continue to be delivered by long-serving Seeley International managing director Paul Proctor, who will maintain his focus on growing the successful global air conditioning business. Jon Seeley will also continue to oversee the development of recently formed companies as well as future acquisitions, to ensure the realisation of Seeley International’s growth strategy.
