Perfect Bake
The Perfect Bake is the latest gadget from the team that last year introduced the Perfect Drink. As a refresher, the Perfect Drink, currently being sold in Australia at Big W, uses scales and supplied measures to guide users step-by-step in making cocktails. All the information is provided from an app, so those G&Ts have the just the right amount of pick-me-up and those Old Fashioneds taste like they are straight from the 1950s.
The next product from these happy helpers is the Perfect Bake, which takes the same idea and transmutes it to baking. Using a scale for accurately measuring portions, an oven thermometer for heat exactitude and three mixing bowls, the Perfect Bake communicates recipes via an app for Android and iOS products, so aspiring bakers know the exact way to make scrumptious cookies, cakes, muffins, pies and myriad other baked goods. There are also recipes for dairy-free, gluten-free and vegan-friendly baked goods, so no-one is left out.
One feature that really caught our eye was Pantry Mode. This means you enter in all the ingredients currently in the fridge and cupboard and the app will tell you what you can make. The Perfect Bake is expected to be sold in States for US $69.95.
