Parrot Zik Sport

Postmodern French tech brand Parrot used CES Unveiled to debut its new Zik Sport wireless headphones, which come equipped with myriad health functions, all packed into the one form factor.

These Bluetooth 4.0 headphones have active noise cancellation and have sensors built-in to measure heart rate, distance traveled, ground contact time and other health details. The app is still in prototype mode and more functionality is expected when it comes to market later in 2015.

The headphones run off a rechargeable battery, with five hours usage on full audio and health functionality. Usage time can be extended to 15 hours by using a line-in for audio and turning off the Bluetooth.

These headphones were designed by renowned French industrial designer Phillipe Starck, who has previously collaborated with Parrot on its range of high concept headphones and wireless speakers.
