Australian headphone brand Audiofly has used the 2015 International CES to launch its first range of overear headphones. Based in Perth, Western Australia, Audiofly is better known in the United States than in Australia, hence its presence at the show, though is set to change as the privately owned company turns its focus onto its homeland in the coming months and years.

There are two new models in Audiofly’s overear headphone range, the AF240 (RRP $250) and the AF250 (RRP $350). The AF240 is made of polycarbonate while the more premium AF250 has shimmering alloy build materials, as well as Cordura nylon cable for tangle-free convenience.

One of the main features of the new headphones is a self-adjusting strap, which fits to the contours of the user’s skull, creating great headfeel. While not incorporating active noise cancellation, the pads on the cans have a malleable quality, meaning noise can isolated within the ear, giving a similar effect to noise cancellation.

In addition to the new headphones, Audiofly showcased its new headphones pouch, which is definitely an attractive option for people who care about how their personal audio products are stored between uses.
