Where’s the ideal location to demonstrate a blender which has a dedicated green smoothie button and can turn almonds into milk or nut butter in two minutes? Bondi Beach of course.

Breville had chef Heston Blumenthal on hand at Bondi’s The Bucket List this morning to help promote the Boss, a high velocity super blender that the brand has invested in heavily to promote in the lead up to Christmas.

Breville can thank its retro jaffle makers for reintroducing Blumenthal to the brand, who was inspired by the appliance to create a giant toasted sandwich  for a 70s-themed TV program.
