Nespresso gets festive with another tradition: The Christmas cashback

Nespresso is once again enticing consumers and providing a value-add for retailers with its yearly Christmas cashback campaign. A tradition for the company around key buying periods such as Christmas and Mother’s Day, the campaign also comes with a new tagline this year: “Pleasure is a Gift”.

Running for 10 weeks — from next Friday 1 November 2013 to Sunday 12 January 2014, the promotion features a two-tiered cashback offer. Customers who purchase any machine from the U, Pixie, CitiZ and Essenza ranges will be eligible for a Tier One cashback of $60, while customers who purchase any machine from the Lattissima and Maestria ranges will receive a Tier Two cashback of $100.

Customers can claim their cashback either by mailing in their redemption form or through Nespresso’s new online cashback portal, which was launched for the brand’s 2013 Father’s Day campaign. Redemptions will be open from the start of the promotion until Friday 21 February 2014.

Similar to previous promotions, the Christmas cashback will be supported with extensive an extensive marketing campaign including TV, print, digital and outdoor advertising, dedicated point of sale materials in-store and an increased in-store sampling and demonstration schedule across selected stores and shopping centres.
