BenQ has appointed a new managing director to head up the company’s Asia Pacific offices, promoting Martin Moelle from the position of Managing Director for BenQ Japan to the role.
Australian-born Moelle will be responsible for directing Australian operations, as well as operations across the Tasman and in Japan and Korea, as BenQ’s managing director/sub regional head, Australia, New Zealand, Japan and Korea.
Prior to his seven years as MD of BenQ Japan, Moelle worked at TDK Australia as managing director for 14 years.

Moelle said he was excited to come back to Australia for the role after his tenure in Japan.
“It’s an exciting time for me to return, working with a great team of people and with a number of innovative BenQ products scheduled for release over the next few years,” said Moelle. “I take on the responsibility of growing sales and brand presence in this market with great enthusiasm.”
