The Good Guys wins Roy Morgan Award for Customer Satisfaction

The Good Guys has beaten Ikea, Retravision, Dick Smith and Harvey Norman to win the Roy Morgan Customer Satisfaction Award for 2012 in the Furniture and Electrical Category. Other winners included Myer for Department Store, Best & Less for Discount Department Store and JB Hi-Fi for Book and Music retailer.

According to a company statement “Roy Morgan Research has 70 years experience in collecting objective, independent information on consumers.

“Customer Satisfaction ratings are collected from Roy Morgan’s Single Source survey of approximately 50,000 Australians annually – the world’s largest ongoing single source survey.”

These winners were congratulated by Australian Retailers Association executive director Russell Zimmerman.

 “All of the winners are to be congratulated for their commitment to providing customers with outstanding service and the best retail experience they possibly can,” he said in a statement. “The ability to provide a seamless customer experience in store which complements an overall multichannel retail strategy is the way forward for the sector.
