The Victoria Park outlet has had a detailed history. Originally a Retravision member, the store was sold to Rick Hart and converted to a Rick Hart-branded outlet. Hart then sold it to Clive Peeters, which then collapsed in 2010. Two months later, Harvey Norman acquired the store as part of its $55 million purchase of Clive Peeters assets.

Harvey Norman Belmont North was also formerly a Rick Hart store.

The Victoria Park store was located at 1010 Albany Highway in East Victoria Park. Calls to this store are currently being redirected to Harvey Norman’s Cannington store.

From Google Street View, the Harvey Norman/Rick Hart store formerly in Victoria Park.

In unrelated news, earlier this week two Harvey Norman subsidiaries — Lesandu CP Moorabbin Pty Limited and Lesandu CP Braybrook Pty Limited — were placed in administration.
