LG Electronics Australia has announced a new addition to its commercial air conditioning sales team, appointing Les Stock as national dealer sales manager for the category.

Stock brings with him almost two decades of management experience gained in both  Australia and New Zealand, including work as a national sales manager for industrial manufacturing company BOC and for Dulux Australia.

Most recently, Stock held the position of state sales manager – retail at Miele Australia.

Les Stock spoke about his goals for the new appointment.

“In my new position I am looking forward to aligning LG’s market position with its strong product range and taking LG to new heights in the Air Conditioning market in Australia,” he said.

Ian Robertson, general manager of Commercial Air Conditioning, was equally positive.

“We welcome Mr Stock as National Dealer Sales Manager to the team and are confident his extensive experience will assist in maintaining and growing LG’s current position here in Australia,” said Robertson. “Les will be a valuable asset to LG and we look forward to working with him.

“In his previous roles, he has worked in both Industrial and Retail environments so will be well placed to continue to drive momentum for LG air conditioners.

“An experienced sales professional with solid knowledge of the air conditioning industry, Les will be responsible for continuing the growth of LG’s valuable dealer network.”
