The Good Guys top Canstar Blue’s satisfaction survey

The Good Guys has picked up Canstar Blue’s award for most satisfied customers for the second year running, following a consumer poll that compared electronics retailers and tracked customer interactions with Australia’s leading stores.

“This is the second year in a row that The Good Guys have grabbed the top spot in terms of customer satisfaction with Electronics Retailers,” said Rebecca Logan from Canstar Blue. “The Good Guys received our highest rating in a number of categories including the all-important criteria – price compared to other retailers, and value for money.”

The survey compared ratings of Dick Smith, Harvey Norman, JB Hi-Fi, Retravision and The Good Guys, measuring performance in the key touch points of overall satisfaction, value for money, price compared to other stores, point of sale services, after sale services, range of products, store layout and printed catalogue.

The Good Guys were awarded four stars in the two service categories and the highest score of five stars in the remaining categories. In second place, Retravision picked up a mixture of three- and four-star scores, with five stars in the two service categories.

JB Hi-Fi, Harvey Norman and Dick Smith were ranked in order next with a combination of three-star and four-star ratings.

The survey was conducted by researchers Colmar Brunton, and took responses from 1,647 consumers who had purchased a product from an electrical retailer within the last 6 months.
