SYDNEY, NSW: All units of a recently released 42-inch HD LCD TV and its stand have been recalled nationally due to the risk of falling and causing injury.

The Okano 42-inch HD LCD TV (model LTV4200F) was sold nationally across JB Hi-Fi and Clive Anthonys. It has been recalled due to a risk of the TV stand breaking and the screen falling forward.
