SYDNEY, NSW: Nintendo Australia will officially launch the hotly anticipated 3DS tonight in Sydney. Although already previewed by the major newspapers, tonight's unveiling will be the first time that specialist media get to check out the new handhold console, which promises to prove immersive 3D gaming without the need for glasses.

Furthermore, Nintendo spokespeople will be on hand to answer questions about the future of gaming and Nintendo's strong position in this very important retail market.
