SYDNEY, NSW:  The Pro8200 home theatre projector with full 1080p HD resolution features a seven segment colour wheel with a 4000:1 contrast ratio and 2,000 lumens, which according to ViewSonic makes for vibrant, clear, life-like colours and sharp graphics.

The projector features dual HDMI 1.3 inputs with HDPC compliance and component video as well as two VGA inputs that provide a hook up to any DVD player or gaming console.

ViewSonic claims that by using the low power consumption eco mode, consumers can extend the projector’s lamp life by 6,000 hours.

Other bonus bits include a picture in picture option, a USB input for service use and manual optical zoom and focus.

The ViewSonic Pro8200 is available now for RRP $1,999.
