SYDNEY, NSW: Taking the ‘Trading’ in its name sincerely, the Victorian based and family owned kitchen, bathroom and laundry retailer has been offering consumers up to $300 off the ticketed price of a new product for a trade in.

From 10 January 2011 until the 31 January a consumer can trade in a washer, dryer, dishwasher, fridge or freezer in any condition to receive $300 off the original ticketed item off a new product.

“That's right,” reads the online advertisement. “During Trade In Month we'll take that old, out of date appliance off your hands and give you the chance to replace it with a new one.”

This is the first time the retailer has attempted this promotion and figures are still to arrive regarding its popularity or effectiveness.

The standard delivery fee is $38, although there are some delivery variables to be aware of. Click here for full details.
