SYDNEY, NSW: Memory card specialists SanDisk has announced the appointment of CR Kennedy and Camera House as new distributors. SanDisk is best known for its range of flash memory cards and USB drives, which are most often used for expanding memory on digital imaging and mobile handset products.

Discussing this appointment is SanDisk country manager for Australia and New Zealand John Featherstone.

“We’ve seen a strong demand for imaging products throughout the channel, and we expect these recent appointments to further strengthen our market share in Australia,” Featherstone. “Our new distributors will help us equip photographers with industry-leading products that enable them to capture great photos and videos.”

Camera House general manager Paul Shearer said he was happy to be offering the SanDisk range to his Camera House customers.

“We are constantly discovering new ways to improve customer and partner relationships, and we look forward to offering photography enthusiasts greater access to SanDisk’s products,” he said.

Finally, Clem Kennedy from CR Kennedy predicted growth for SanDisk under this new arrangement.

“We expect that our established distribution network will support the growth of SanDisk’s channels and increase the availability of their imaging products to a wider market of resellers and suppliers,” Kennedy said.
