SYDNEY, NSW: Advance Audio Australia has picked up the distribution rights for the Kef brand of speakers, replacing Amber Technology from 1 February 2011.

“We are delighted to be working with Advance Audio Australia,’’, said GP Acoustics Asia Pacific general manager Grace Lo. “We sincerely believe Advance Audio Australia, as KEF’s sole distributor, will use its resources and exposure to promote KEF ensuring a growing presence in this important market.”

According to the release announcing this appointment, Kef is “well-known by audiophiles all around the world for its innovative, high-performance loudspeakers, and is highly reputed internationally for audio excellence”. Let’s hope the products live up to that bold description.
