Sennheiser is famous for its high-end audio equipment, especially earphones and headphones. At the top of its consumer range are its noise-cancelling models, which aim to provide users, especially travellers, with crisp, clear audio whilst reducing the ambient sounds of planes and trains.
Today’s poem is the Ruba’i, with chain rhyme across four verses. The Ruba’i is a Persian poetry form, dating back over 1,000 years.
Sennheiser PXC 450 – A Ruba’i Review
Rested on my ears they do feel weighty,
But silent drones the engine on the A380,
When listening on the Sennheiser PXC 450,
Shuttling to Melbourne or o’seas to Haiti.
As noise cancelling becomes more nifty,
And the RRPs price out the thrifty,
These ‘phones are aimed at the frequent flyer,
Who likes clear sounds or reading Jonathan Swifty.
A couple of features highlighted by the supplier,
To assist retailers in guiding the buyer,
Are the talk-through function and accessories case,
Which has batteries included and an in-plane wire.
These headphones sit in a very good space,
Both over one’s ears and in the retail place,
With much price erosion reported lately,
High quality, high margin goods are a saving grace.
