SYDNEY, NSW: The most recent expose was the MasterChef Live weekend event held this weekend in Sydney, where Sunbeam had its own ‘Creative Kitchen’, with interactive classes used to demonstrate Sunbeam appliances.

The MasterChef magazine, in which Sunbeam is represented extensively, has also been a successful product since its launch in May. The magazine sells about 150,000 per month but has an estimated readership of 870,000 per issue.

“MasterChef is all about experimenting in the kitchen, and encouraging Australians to give cooking a go,” said Nicole Cowley, product marketing manager, food preparation and cooking at Sunbeam.

“At Sunbeam, we share this philosophy, so MasterChef Live was an event with perfect synergy for us.”

“This year, we have enjoyed great success both with the MasterChef franchise and also with the Good Food and Wine Shows on the Eastern Seaboard. The customer engagement offered in both cases is invaluable to our brand.”

“We are looking forward to future involvement with the MasterChef brand as it really is the perfect fit for Sunbeam.”
