SYDNEY, NSW: Developing business solutions is the top priority for Videopro, according to the new general manager at the business centre of the Brisbane based company.

The Queensland owned and operated electronics retailer announced the appointment of Jason Derry yesterday. Derry was previously serving as manager of integrated solutions of the business centre, responsible for audio visual projects including works completed at Brisbane Magistrates Courts, Boeing, Minter Ellison, and a new project currently underway at Brisbane Supreme Courts.

“The Videopro Group Board of Directors are focused on strengthening Videopro Business Centre’s foothold as one of Australia’s premier integrators of audio visual and automation equipment," said Derry. "They want to ensure that the Videopro Business Centre continues to grow and develop, and lead the way in AV integration. This is my first priority as general manager.”

Ian Wright, Videopro business centre CEO said: “I am sure that with Jason’s long standing with the Videopro Group and his intimate knowledge of the market, together with a strong team, will be successful in growing the Business Solutions Channel to the next level.”

The Videopro Group celebrates 30 years in operation this November 2010.
